Advertising and affiliate links
10 Minute Meals publishes advertising. Pages labelled “Advertisement” are advertorials: they are written to promote a product, service or offer, and the business behind that offer may pay us. Other pages may contain affiliate links, which pay us a commission if you click through and make a purchase.
A payment can affect which products or offers we write about. When a page is paid placement, it carries the “Advertisement” label at the top.
Not medical or nutrition advice
Recipes and food information on this site are general information for home cooks. They are not medical, dietary or nutrition advice and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian who knows your situation. Nutrition figures, where given, are estimates.
Allergies and food safety
Check every ingredient label yourself if you or anyone you are cooking for has a food allergy or intolerance; brands change their recipes. Cook meat, poultry, seafood and eggs to a safe internal temperature and check it with a food thermometer. The U.S. Department of Agriculture publishes the safe minimum internal temperature chart.
Timings are estimates
Recipe times describe how long a recipe takes a reasonably practised home cook using the method on the page. Your equipment, your stove and how fast you chop will change that. The editorial policy explains how times are counted.
